- Please review and acknowledge all applicable terms before submitting your reservation request.
- I acknowledge that I will not use any non-reserved rooms, facilities, or spaces that are not included in this reservation approval.
- I understand that priest reservations, pooja services, and related service charges are separate from this facility reservation and require independent scheduling and payment.
- I understand that a refundable security deposit of $500 is required upon reservation confirmation.
- I understand that cleaning the premises after the event and restoring tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment to their original arrangement is my responsibility.
- I acknowledge responsibility for any damages caused to temple property, equipment, furniture, kitchen facilities, or premises during the reserved period.
- I assume full legal and financial liability for any damage to the venue, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or surrounding property caused by me, my guests, vendors, or any person attending under this reservation.
- I understand that the cost of repairing or replacing damaged property is my sole responsibility and can exceed the amount of any security deposit collected.
- I understand that EIHT&CC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by me, my guests, or vendors.
- I understand that EIHT&CC is not responsible for personal injuries occurring on the premises except where directly caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- I accept full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and conduct of all minors attending the event and understand that EIHT&CC bears no responsibility for injuries to or caused by minors.
- I understand that all trash, food waste, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed immediately after the event unless otherwise approved.
- I understand that no alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, gambling, fireworks, or prohibited activities are allowed anywhere on temple premises.
- I understand that loud music, inappropriate behavior, or activities conflicting with temple values and community standards are strictly prohibited.
- I acknowledge that reservations are approved only for the specific date(s) and time block(s) requested and approved.
- I understand that overtime usage beyond the approved reservation period results in additional charges.
- I understand that event setup and cleanup time must be included within the reserved time slot.
- I understand that kitchen access is limited only to approved reservation selections and requires additional charges.
- I acknowledge that temple management reserves the right to deny, modify, or cancel reservations if policies are violated.
- I understand that all decorations, temporary fixtures, or installations must comply with temple safety guidelines.
- I understand that open flames, wall damage, nails, tape residue, glitter, confetti, or hazardous materials are not permitted without prior approval.
- I understand that parking availability is limited and EIHT&CC is not responsible for vehicle security, theft, or damages.
- I confirm that reservations are generally intended for single occurrences unless explicitly approved otherwise by the committee.
- I understand reservation approval is subject to EIHT&CC committee review, availability, and policy compliance.
- I understand deposits and/or full payments are required before final reservation confirmation.
- I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee reservation approval until officially confirmed by EIHT&CC.
- I acknowledge that rates, policies, and facility usage guidelines are subject to change in future years without prior notice.
- I acknowledge that the audio system provided by the temple, including its setup and use, is my responsibility.
- I acknowledge that I will discuss the availability of chairs and tables at the temple with the EC members, and if additional chairs or tables are needed, I will take responsibility for arranging them.
