- The Temple Executive Committee(EC) and the Priest need a 30 day advance notice to approve your pooja/priest service request.
- This form is only for requesting PRIVATE pooja requests. This form to be submitted after speaking to the priest. Please fill out the form and submit. You will get a confirmation email from the Temple.
- Please give us a minimum of 3 Weeks advance notice for all Services requests.

- Please NOTE that TEMPLE IS CLOSED ON THURSDAYS. It is also PRIEST’s DAY OFF.
